NPC Head – Trưởng bộ phận Phát triển sản phẩm: 01 Người
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Co-ordinate and plan meeting of product development and reviewing.
- Arrange over drawings for various products for approval from customer.
- Arrange test specifications of the product as per customer requirement.
- Prepare development schedule of product and ensure adherence.
- Get prototypes made from tool room and production engineering.
- Co-ordinate Design & Dev. for the product consisting of component drawing, sub Assy drawing, Assy drawing etc.
- Prepare PDQAS and PDQAR for the related product.
- Get Samples assembled and get them tested from lab as per specification.
- Send samples to customer through QA/Marketing and follow up for approval.
- Release ECN’s for relevant changes in product design during development.
- Maintain product files as per system.
- Maintain drawings, reference samples of exiting products and ensure proper storage.
- Release ECN’s related to exiting products against approved ECRN’s.
- Ensure proper control of all document’s released by Design Dept.
- Maintain imported reference samples and keep record of the same.
- Maintain library consisting of IS standard, books, specification and other standards and issue them as per System and ensure proper storage.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Overall responsibility of following section of quality:
- Quality System
- Quality inspection lab (reliability & durability testing)
- Calibration activities
- Customer PPM reduction coordination
- Improving QA System of the company
- Updating of Quality Manual (QMSM) & Procedure Manual (QMSP) as per the requirement.
- Coordination with auditors for internal quality audit as per plan (Quality System: ISO/TS 16949:2002).
- Working as guide, facilitator and coordinator for the quality system by customer / potential customer representative (II party audit).
- Coordination with certification agencies for pre audit, certification and surveillance audit as well as NCR closures, also guiding the external auditors during the audit.
- Formats verification for change / up gradation and its control.
- Control of approved vendor list on the basis of authorized approvals from the concerned departments.
- Follow up for Management Reviews and Business Plan Reviews.
- Conducting training on QUALITY SYSTEM awareness.
- Communication to customer regarding certification status of quality system.
- Follow up of corrective & preventive actions.
- QA Lab Testing frequency finalization on the basis of the past performance on quarterly basis.
- Weekly review of QA Lab, Calibration, Quality System & PDQA.
