- Trouble : To achieve Safety we have to keepping consciousness workers ,cultural companny, the daily Engineer must be trainning about safety to line leader and then shift leader transmit to all workers to them how to know is Safety especially is don’t have trouble. Reduce normal trouble time about machine. Co-operate with ME,shift Leader solve the trouble to reduce waiting time. And continue keep the Stop-Cal-Wait, Scene-Evidence-Reality...
- About Quality : have so more solving problem need improve such as Winkle, Dent, Forieal Meterials...Combine with other process in Front to reduce dusty in cleanning room on basic of Pika Pika activities,,,.
- Plan Urgent(Keep target allways>98%) : No delay compare schedule of urgent card, Follow plan, specially with urgent, priority item. Meetting with shift leader every shift about plan urgent...
- Saving energy and prepairing production : Waiting time preparing production of machine less than 30minutes .Follow OFF/ON machine to prepare ready status to starting prcodution, and saving . Co-operate with sections make schedule turn ON/OFF resonable.
- Control worker waiting time worker to job is 0. Arrange worker between processes. Patrol to check working consciousness of workers. Remind worker and shift leader
- Keep target always uper 98% to achieve compare with plan PMC. Push all the Process doing quikly
- Check and patrol : Find out abnormal points up 1point/2month about safety, quality, company rule, waste. Patrol to check working consciousness of worker. Learning all about Prcocess in Company esspecially wet Prcocesses. Up skill to manage shift jobs.

6. Thiết lập bản Vẽ cho Bảng tiêu chuẩn, Checksheet, Insepection, FMEA, PQC, cho Sản xuất và Newmodel.
