Tinh thần học hỏi,phấn đấu đạt được mục tiêu phát triển bản thân,Tôi chấp hành đúng nội quy làm việc của quý công ty và đạo đức nghề nghiệp.Xác định đúng mục tiêu cho riêng bản thân ;
- Ngắn hạn :Từ 1-3 năm: Có việc làm ổn định và tích lũy được kinh nghiệm cho bản thân, tìm được một công việc ổn định có mức thu nhập cao.
- Trung hạn: Từ 3-5 năm: Tăng cường sáng tạo,học tập, làm việc trong môi trường chuyên nghiệp, nâng cao năng lực phát triển bản thân nhiều hơn.

- About Quality : have so more solving problem need improve such as Winkle, Dent, Forieal Meterials...Combine with other process in Front to reduce dusty in cleanning room on basic of Pika Pika activities,,,.
- Plan Urgent(Keep target allways>98%) : No delay compare schedule of urgent card, Follow plan, specially with urgent, priority item. Meetting with shift leader every shift about plan urgent...
- Saving energy and prepairing production : Waiting time preparing production of machine less than 30minutes .Follow OFF/ON machine to prepare ready status to starting prcodution, and saving . Co-operate with sections make schedule turn ON/OFF resonable.
- Control worker waiting time worker to job is 0. Arrange worker between processes. Patrol to check working consciousness of workers. Remind worker and shift leader
- Keep target always uper 98% to achieve compare with plan PMC. Push all the Process doing quikly
- Check and patrol : Find out abnormal points up 1point/2month about safety, quality, company rule, waste. Patrol to check working consciousness of worker. Learning all about Prcocess in Company esspecially wet Prcocesses. Up skill to manage shift jobs.

1. Điều tra nguyên nhân, báo cáo đối sách lỗi phát sinh trong nhà máy/ lỗi khách hàng HONDA, YAMAHA, SUZUKI,...
2. Quản lý điểm thay đổi trong nhà máy ( 4M)
3. Quản lý, thiết lập bảng biểu/tiêu chuẩn, FMEA, inspection,… cho New model.
4. Quản lý, kiểm tra định kỳ đặc tính sản phẩm theo bản vẽ.
5. Đối ứng các yêu cầu từ khách hàng.
6. Thiết lập bản Vẽ cho Bảng tiêu chuẩn, Checksheet, Insepection, FMEA, PQC, cho Sản xuất và Newmodel.
