My career goal is to build strong expertise in new product introduction, process development, and precision manufacturing. With my experience at Hanwha Aero Engines, I want to expand my knowledge into broader industries such as automotive or high-precision manufacturing.
In the next few years, I want to develop not only technical skills but also project management and cross-functional communication skills, so that I can handle bigger responsibilities and contribute more to business growth.
