Responsibility:
+ Build BOM/BOP, Material Control, MES system to prepare for installation, testing, special equipment
for each development stage
+ Lead develop PFMEA/PCP/PFD to pevent risk of process for new project, update process to balance
line.
+ Lead issue, external customer feedback, find root cause, problem-solving, find contaiment action and
permanence action to ensure quality, producton output, launching new.
+ Combine departments to process development based on 3D drawings ( New project, change design,
handle issue…).
+ Setup equipment to support the production process and work with contractors on new setup projects
(DC tool, MES system,Robot, Jig...).
+ Provide work instructions and training for workers and team leaders using teamcenter system (
SOS/JES, STS/TIS).
+ Receive DCR, ECR from other departments and develop processes for change.
+ Raise DCO/ECN to request design changes, quality improvements, temporary and permanent action
improvements.
+ Lead and work closely with CFT in continuous improvement project related to technical, quality, cost,
non-value added activities.
+ Require test deployments of changes to assess impacts on other modules and processes.

continuous improvement related activity
