Công ty TNHH Sản xuất hàng may mặc Việt Nam (TAL Apparel Vietnam), một thành viên của tập đoàn TAL Group, quy mô gần 6000 công nhân viên và có trụ sở đặt tại KCN Bá Thiện II, Xã Thiện Kế, Huyện Bình Xuyên, Tỉnh Vĩnh Phúc. Thông báo tuyển dụng:

Chuyên viên Tuyển dụng (Mảng công nhân)

• Nghiên cứu thị trường lao động, xây dựng kế hoạch tuyển dụng và triển khai các hoạt động tìm kiếm, phát triển nguồn ứng viên.
• Thực hiện quy trình tuyển dụng: tiếp cận, sàng lọc; đồng thời truyền thông thương hiệu tuyển dụng và hợp tác với các đơn vị, cơ quan liên quan.
• Theo dõi, báo cáo tiến độ tuyển dụng so với kế hoạch nhân sự, đảm bảo chỉ tiêu số lượng và chất lượng lao động đầu vào.-Có 5 năm kinh nghiệm mảng tuyển dụng Lao động phổ thông/tuyển Mass trong các công ty sản xuất
• Nhanh nhẹn, giao tiếp tốt,
• Chủ động, sáng tạo trong công việc
• Kỹ năng dẫn dắt đội nhóm

Nhân viên Phiên dịch tiếng Trung

Mô tả công việc

• Phiên dịch Trung – Việt trong các cuộc họp, giao tiếp trao đổi, phỏng vấn, email…
• Hỗ trợ làm báo cáo, tài liệu bộ phận
• Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.

Yêu cầu

• Tiếng Trung 4 kĩ năng tốt (tương đương HSK 5)
• Nhanh nhẹn, giao tiếp tốt
• Có kinh nghiệm làm phiên dịch trong công ty sản xuất là lợi thế

Nhân viên Quản lý đơn hàng/Chăm sóc khách hàng

Mô tả công việc

• Maintain and update customer manuals/SOPs based on updates.
• Clarify and confirm customer requirements for samples and bulk production, and communicate with internal teams.
• Provide proactive feedback to customers on product and material design
• Make proactive product and service recommendations.
• Maintain continuous contact with customers throughout order, production, and delivery.
• Follow up proactively on status and solve problems as needed.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and identify new ways to serve them better.

Yêu cầu

• Good English skills (must have).
• At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Order Management (experience in the garment/textile industry is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Nhân viên quản lý chuỗi cung ứng

Mô tả công việc

• Clarify and confirm product requirements with the Customer Service Executive (CS Executive) for both samples and bulk production.
• Obtain and provide production status updates to customers during the production process.
• Create and update Customer Orders in the system based on information from the CS Executive.
• Monitor production planning and timelines to meet delivery schedules.
• Conduct audits on materials and garments to identify quality issues and work with departments to resolve them.

Yêu cầu

• Good English skills are a plus.
• Experience in the garment industry is not required; candidates with experience in Customer Service roles are preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with other departments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

Nhân viên Cải tiến

Mô tả công việc

• Collect data and coordinate with relevant departments to track the success and implementation of innovation projects.
• Assist with root cause analysis, problem solving, data analysis, reporting, and writing project documentation.
• Join selected projects to apply DMAIC methods and offer guidance.
• Assist in creating and updating DMAIC training materials tailored to different plant locations.
• Support to deliver training sessions for Production team.
• Other tasks as assigned by the immediate manager.

Yêu cầu

• Good English skills (must have).
• Have related experience is a plus
• Good at Excel, the ability to work with big data and logical thinking
• Ability to work effectively with other departments.

Chuyên viên kỹ thuật công nghiệp

Mô tả công việc

• Support the Industrial Engineering Manager in designing and improving the factory and line layout.
• Develop tools and processes for efficient material transport within the factory.
• Create tools to support operators and reduce workload.
• Provide the Operations team with knowledge and data to balance production lines and meet efficiency targets.
• Assist in evaluating new machine investments by analyzing work content and calculating ROI.
• Other tasks as assigned by the immediate manager.

Yêu cầu

• Basic communication in English.
• Experience in production line layout and tool improvement is an advantage; training will be provided if not.
• The ability to use AUTOCAD.
• Willing to work night shifts.
