AUTOMATION SENIOR ENGINEER / KỸ SƯ TỰ ĐỘNG HÓA

• Design, implement, maintain, and improve automated systems, equipment, components, and instruments for industrial, commercial, and domestic applications.
• Collaborate with engineers, customers, and related departments to discuss project requirements and solve automation/electrical issues.
• Operate engineering design software (e.g., computer‑assisted tools) to perform technical mtasks and calculations.
• Direct and coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, testing, documentation, and support activities to ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and customer requirements.
• Perform detailed engineering calculations to establish construction, installation, and manufacturing standards.
• Inspect installations and monitor operations to ensure proper functionality, safety, and conformity to design specifications.
• Estimate project costs, prepare bids, and develop contract documents.

• Proficient in software such as Simatic Step 7 Manager, TIA Portal, WinCC Flexible,

ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEER / KỸ SƯ THIẾT KẾ ĐIỆN

• Design and improve electrical systems
• Check, analyze and repair electrical problems
• Perform a wide range of engineering tasks by operating computer-assisted engineering software and equipments
• Prepare specifications and work with suppliers, vendors for purchases of electricalm equipment and materials
• Share the workload & support other teams, oversea team in Indonesia/ Headquarter in Italy
• Support Homologation test: noise, emission
• Research/design to improve product quality (to reduce costs, improve quality and extend the process of using, solution for marketclaim issues)

SENIOR MATERIAL MANAGEMENT / QUẢN LÝ VẬT LIỆU

• Plans and directs the material planning and material schedules to satisfy production plan including material plan for new model & mass production.
• Interfaces with Purchasing, Suppliers, Logistics team.
• Plans, initiates, and maintains a material procurement process that establishes and achieves the timely delivery for material schedules from internal/external suppliers.
• Meets production and parts requirements while optimizing inventory levels, lot sizing, lead times.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT / QUẢN LÝ DỰ ÁN

• Project Management guarantees the development of projects based on the Product Range Plan, managing and coordinating Project Management team’s activities. Project Management manages all the resources assigned by each department to the project, defining the priorities accordingly to common goals.

• During the preliminary phase, review product cost and fixed asset estimates prepared by the Cost Engineering Team (based on inputs from Chief Engineer/Project Manager) and submit findings to the Head of R&D.

• Supply essential project data (costs, schedules, ramp-up plans) for Business Plan preparation.
• Review and approve CNEs, ensuring the accuracy of volumes, costs, market destination,

• Schedule and lead Project Progress Meetings and Gate Review Meetings (Check List Gates).
• Work closely with the Quality Manager to resolve customer care quality issues and maintain the Project Critical Issues Chart.
• Periodically review project KPIs (product cost, CAPEX, timelines, etc.) and ensure targets are met.
• Monitor development activities and highlight potential risks or deviations to senior management.
• Approve or reject supplier proposals submitted by the Purchasing Department, including price lists and scheduling agreements.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product development, engineering project management, or R&D roles within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of vehicle, product lifecycle management, and BOM structures.
• Experience in cost analysis, project budgeting, and supplier evaluation is an advantage.
