1. Job Decription: Junior Accountant

• Responsible for issuing sale invoices, recording account receivables;
• Controlling sales and purchases contracts;
• Controlling inventory and input data into accounting software;
• Allocate logistics expenses into accounting sofware;
• Preparing statistic, investment report, register PIT tax code;
• Filling accouting documents, update daily exchange rate;
• Performs the job in accounting department as: following and checking on bank transation, payment, receivable and payable, fixed asset, prepaid expenses;
• Corporate with other departments, internal audit from HO and external parties
• Other tasks assigned by the manager.

2.     Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree of accounting/ financial;
• At least 1 year’s experience in accounting. Working for manufacturing, foreign company/ EPE is preferred;
• Experience using Fast Software, ERP/MRP is preferred;
• Good in English;
• Be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
• Well-organized, mature, careful, and accurate
