SEI Optifrontier Vietnam, Ltd. is an EPE project invested in Vietnam in January 2019, and is a company with 100% investment from Japan, specialized in manufacturing and assembling fiber optical cables and producing optical cable racks. We currently need to recruit some of the following positions:
Positions: Assistant Manager of Manufacturing Plant
Quantily : 01
Total Income: Negotiable

Job Description:
- General factory management at the produc manufacturing plant by manual labor.
- Manufacturing cost control, cost (direct labor cost, loss of material scarp) improvement work.
- Daily productivity improvement work, promoting quality (defect reduction) improvement.
- Transfer of new product manufacturing technology from Japanese parent company.
Job Requirement
- Academic background is university graduation or above
- Fluency in English, Knowing Japanese is an advantage
- Factory managers require at least 3 years of experience working in Japanese companies or experienced factory Manager (Factory management for more than 100 people)
- Experienced set up nex factory
- Those who have experience in development and improvement of equipment and tools and production systems are desirable.
- Experienced production management techniques
- Priority for candidates with experience in the field of optical fiber production
