PE/PM Supervisor – Nhân viên bộ phận Bảo dưỡng, Sửa chữa: 01 Người

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Distribution of Monthly Preventive Maintenance Schedule
  • Check and fill out Preventive Maintenance schedule after carry out
  • Controlling of carry out of AMC with vendor
  • Spare part checking & monitoring
  • Improvement of Project Identification & Implementation
  • Controlling in the line of implementation of Autonomous Maintenance
  • “BEST” Activities
  • Checking of Preventive Maintenance Monitoring Sheets
  • Arrange for filling documents
  • Analysis of breakdown Maintenance
  • Electricity controlling
  • Energy saving initiative
  • Safety initiative
  • Distribution & controlling of document of Purchase Order
  • Controlling of History card
  • Controlling of MTBF Maintenance
  • Installation of New Machine
  • Carry out daily priority of Maintenance Job
  • Improvement
  • 5S activity in Maintenance Area
  • To control the Environmental Significant Aspect in the Department
  • To ensure that OCPs related to Department is followed by related employee
  • To maintain the wastages disposal in the department

MINIMUM DESIRED PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Age: 28 – 40 years
  • Qualification: Mechanical / Electrical Engineer
  • Training: Management Maintenance, Leadership
  • Skill: Electricity, Pneumatic, Hydraulic
  • Should have total experience of above 4 years
  • Should be able to do the trouble shooting of Molding machine, utility.
  • Should be able to do the trouble shooting of PLC
  • Should have good knowledge of electrical & mechanical

Vendor Development – Phát triển Nhà cung cấp:01 Người

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

  1. To source new supplier
  2. To follow up new part development
  3. To make Cost Card Control
  4. Monitoring in Daily Urgent Parts
  5. Monitoring in Import Shipment
  6. Checking on PO issued
  7. Checking on Supplier Capacity
  8. To make Monthly Supplier Performance
  9. Controlling in Export / Import Activity
  10. Any others task assignment from time to time

AUTHORITIES :

  1. Sign of Purchase Order
  2. Sign of Quotation approval

  1. Timely report of urgent part

NPC Head – Trưởng bộ phận Phát triển sản phẩm: 01 Người

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

  1. Co-ordinate and plan meeting of product development and reviewing.
  2. Arrange over drawings for various products for approval from customer.
  3. Arrange test specifications of the product as per customer requirement.
  4. Prepare development schedule of product and ensure adherence.
  5. Get prototypes made from tool room and production engineering.
  6. Co-ordinate Design & Dev. for the product consisting of component drawing, sub Assy drawing, Assy drawing etc.
  7. Prepare PDQAS and PDQAR for the related product.
  8. Get Samples assembled and get them tested from lab as per specification.
  9. Send samples to customer through QA/Marketing and follow up for approval.
  10. Release ECN’s for relevant changes in product design during development.
  11. Maintain product files as per system.
  12. Maintain drawings, reference samples of exiting products and ensure proper storage.
  13. Release ECN’s related to exiting products against approved ECRN’s.
  14. Ensure proper control of all document’s released by Design Dept.
  15. Maintain imported reference samples and keep record of the same.
  16. Maintain library consisting of IS standard, books, specification and other standards and issue them as per System and ensure proper storage.
  17. Issue product no. for new products as per system and maintain their records.
  18. Do costing of the products and maintain their records.
  19. Update existing product designs, for continues improvement.
  20. Update records, standards and specification.
  21. Participate in analysis of warranty rejections and customer complaints and suggest corrective measure.
  22. Provide design of existing modified products and prepare specification, QC standards for the same.
  23. Implementation of QUALITY System
  24. Other specific responsibilities and functions as defined in procedure manual.
  25. Any other task assigned from time to time.
  26. To discharge above indicated duties and responsibilities as delegated by Dept Head.
  27. To understand customer environment related issue and implement the same as per schedule.
  28. To ensure that in all future new development, restricted elements are not considered.

AUTHORITIES :

  1. Determine of NG or OK condition of products after testing or trial
  2. Conduct product testing
  3. Visit customer, dealer or end user regarding to the existing issues
  4. Determine when warranty claim can be given based on condition
  5. Together with customer making Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) if it is not available or need to be review
  6. Give training or educate people for related issues
  7. Send sample and/or picture to Customers for further analysis
  8. Adjust CNG for testing or best engine performance
  9. Dismantle CNG kit for analysis

BASIS OF ASSESSING PERORMANCE (KEY RESULT AREA)

  1. Reduction in customer complaints
  2. Suggest part or procedure for improvement based on actual conditions
  3. Co-ordinate with India for product development & other issue.
  4. Update information for any improvement or issue related to CNG product for Company

MINIMUM DESIRED PERSON SPECIFICATION

QA Head – TP. Quản lý chất lượng: 01 Người

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

  1. Overall responsibility of following section of quality:
  2. Quality System
  3. Quality inspection lab (reliability & durability testing)
  4. Calibration activities
  5. Customer PPM reduction coordination
  6. Improving QA System of the company
  7. Updating of Quality Manual (QMSM) & Procedure Manual (QMSP) as per the requirement.
  8. Coordination with auditors for internal quality audit as per plan (Quality System: ISO/TS 16949:2002).
  9. Working as guide, facilitator and coordinator for the quality system by customer / potential customer representative (II party audit).
  10. Coordination with certification agencies for pre audit, certification and surveillance audit as well as NCR closures, also guiding the external auditors during the audit.
  11. Formats verification for change / up gradation and its control.
  12. Control of approved vendor list on the basis of authorized approvals from the concerned departments.
  13. Follow up for Management Reviews and Business Plan Reviews.
  14. Conducting training on QUALITY SYSTEM awareness.
  15. Communication to customer regarding certification status of quality system.
  16. Follow up of corrective & preventive actions.
  17. QA Lab Testing frequency finalization on the basis of the past performance on quarterly basis.
  18. Weekly review of QA Lab, Calibration, Quality System & PDQA.
  19. Participation in analysis & action for major breakdown in Q.A. Lab Equipment.
  20. Finalizing the new QA Lab facilities requirements (I/H as well as outside).
  21. Coordination and handling of special customer requirements and concept clarification, as and when required.
  22. Routine supervision and guidance for QA Lab, Quality System, Calibration and PDQA.
  23. Interpretation of quality system company wide, as when required.
  24. Coordination for data / presentation for IMT’s before sending it for repair.
  25. Approval for Calibration Work Instruction.
  26. Guiding member calibration on calibration method and facilities development.
  27. Negotiation for price / repair charge for IMT’s.
  28. Coordination of IMT’s repair in case of breakdown in SIR.
  29. Ensuring testing of materials and finished goods as per standards.
  30. Conduct regular appraisals of sub-coordinators.
  31. Ensure adherence to all laid down QUALITY SYSTEM, identification of kaizens and their implementation.
  32. Improve house-keeping to secure 5S score as per targets.
  33. Any other task assigned from time to time.

AUTHORITIES :

  1. Stop the dispatch and / or production if a process or product become non-conforming.
  2. Stop production in case of non-compliance observed in quality system.
  3. Calibration Work Instruction, Lab Test Report, Change Information Sheet, Approved Vendor List, Format Introduction, etc.
  4. Recommend non-functional deviations on the SIR.
  5. Sign PSW as approving authority in case of customer waiver.
  6. Shortlist interviews and recommends the candidate for recruitment of personnel up to group leader level for quality department.

BASIS OF ASSESSING PERORMANCE (KEY RESULT OF NCRS / SCORE)

  1. Thoroughness of quality system
  2. II & III party audit result (in case of NCRs /score)
  3. Batting Average in QA Lab
  4. Kaizen Quality and Quantities
  5. 5S score in quality areas
  6. Customer PPM reduction coordination
  7. Age: 32 ~ 37 years
  8. Qualification: Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
  9. Training: ISO/TS 16949:2002, Internal Quality Audit, MSA, SPC, FMEA, PPAP, APQP
  10. Leadership, strong interpersonal skill, an eye for detail, ability involve & develop effective team people.
  11. Good communication skills, Proactive and organized personality, Analytical ability.
  12. At least 8 years relevant
  13. Experience in all fact of quality
  14. Experience to QUALITY SYSTEM  ISO 9001 : 2000
  15. Experience to press machine process, plastic molding injection and or in automotive industry.
