QA Head – TP. Quản lý chất lượng: 01 Người
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Overall responsibility of following section of quality: Quality System, Quality inspection lab (reliability & durability testing), Calibration activities, Customer PPM reduction coordination, Improving QA System of the company
- Updating of Quality Manual (QMSM) & Procedure Manual (QMSP) as per the requirement.
- Coordination with auditors for internal quality audit as per plan (Quality System: ISO/TS 16949:2002).
- Working as guide, facilitator and coordinator for the quality system by customer / potential customer representative (II party audit).
- Coordination with certification agencies for pre audit, certification and surveillance audit as well as NCR closures, also guiding the external auditors during the audit.
- Formats verification for change / up gradation and its control.
- Control of approved vendor list on the basis of authorized approvals from the concerned departments.
- Follow up for Management Reviews and Business Plan Reviews.
- Conducting training on QUALITY SYSTEM awareness.
- Communication to customer regarding certification status of quality system.
- Follow up of corrective & preventive actions.
- QA Lab Testing frequency finalization on the basis of the past performance on quarterly basis.
- Weekly review of QA Lab, Calibration, Quality System & PDQA.
- Participation in analysis & action for major breakdown in Q.A. Lab Equipment.
- Finalizing the new QA Lab facilities requirements (I/H as well as outside).
- Coordination and handling of special customer requirements and concept clarification, as and when required.
- Routine supervision and guidance for QA Lab, Quality System, Calibration and PDQA.
- Interpretation of quality system company wide, as when required.
- Coordination for data / presentation for IMT’s before sending it for repair.
- Approval for Calibration Work Instruction.
- Guiding member calibration on calibration method and facilities development.
- Negotiation for price / repair charge for IMT’s.
- Coordination of IMT’s repair in case of breakdown in SIR.
- Ensuring testing of materials and finished goods as per standards.
AUTHORITIES :
- Stop the dispatch and / or production if a process or product become non-conforming.
- Stop production in case of non-compliance observed in quality system.
- Calibration Work Instruction, Lab Test Report, Change Information Sheet, Approved Vendor List, Format Introduction, etc.
- Recommend non-functional deviations on the SIR.
- Sign PSW as approving authority in case of customer waiver.
- Shortlist interviews and recommends the candidate for recruitment of personnel up to group leader level for quality department.
BASIS OF ASSESSING PERORMANCE (KEY RESULT OF NCRS / SCORE)
- Thoroughness of quality system
- II & III party audit result (in case of NCRs /score)
- Batting Average in QA Lab
- Kaizen Quality and Quantities
- 5S score in quality areas
- Customer PPM reduction coordination
MINIMUM DESIRED PERSON SPECIFICATION
- 32 ~ 37 years
- Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- ISO/TS 16949:2002, Internal Quality Audit, MSA, SPC, FMEA, PPAP, APQP
- Leadership, strong interpersonal skill, an eye for detail, ability involve & develop effective team people.
- Good communication skills, Proactive and organized personality, Analytical ability.
- At least 8 years relevant
- Experience in all fact of quality
- Experience to QUALITY SYSTEM ISO 9001 : 2000
- Experience to press machine process, plastic molding injection and or in automotive industry.
MARKETING ASSOCIATE
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage after-market (spare part) sale and maintain good relation with distributor and Dealer and identify new product and generate Inquiry.
- Maintain good relations and regular contact with persons in relevant departments
- Ensure that related customer enquiries for new development/product changes are promptly addressed (e.g. PFS) to ensure that new product development progress on time.
- Submission the quotation to related customer and get price approval.
- Submission sample and drawing to related customer and follow up it for getting sample and drawing approval.
- Monitoring and review new product development progress every week in Development Review Meeting (DRM).
- Making Annual and Monthly indents to be released to the manufacturing, materials, accounts.
- Ensure that the finished goods are transported to customers as per schedule delivery.
- Ensure that finished goods inventory (both at factory and overseas warehouse) remains within policy limits.
- Ensure adherence to all laid down Quality systems.
- Other specific requirements and functions as defined in Procedure manual.
- Ensure effective implementation of SAP.
- To ensure the effective implementation of improvement activities in Marketing work area.
- Continuous kaizen activity.
- Any other task assigned from time to time.
AUTHORITIES :
- Explore new opportunities with existing customers and new customers and diversification services offered of scope of products and services offered.
- Recommend new development / Product changes on the basis of PFS and take actions for timely development.
- Conform finished goods inventory at overseas warehouse and monitor dead stock.
BASIS OF ASSESSING PERFORMANCE (KEY RESULT OF NCRS / SCORE)
- Client servicing – quality and timeliness.
- Achievement of sales targets.
- New customers and business developed (SOB in different territories). Also new applications for products. Existing/ similar/ allied products.
MINIMUM DESIRED PERSON SPECIFICATION
- 28 – 40 years
- Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Degree (Marketing)
- ISO/TS 16949:2002, FMEA, MSA, Customer Handling.
- Supervisory Management, Leadership, Strong interpersonal skill,
- Good communication skills. Proactive, organized and committed.
- At last 5 years in relevant field.
