MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Research, build, update and improve the content of training materials
- Recognition of contributions and feedback on training quality and effectiveness in order to improve training content in accordance with the actual situation
- Updating, storing and preserving training materials
- Participate in direct training according to the plan and according to the actual needs arising
- Coordinating with functional departments to implement training programs on professional skills for employees
- Support recruitment activities
- Other tasks as assigned by managers
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- University major in Foreign Language, Human Resource…
- At least 3 year-experience in training field.
- Good communication skills (both English and Vietnamese)
- Full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
- Passion and interest in Human Resource field
- Organized mind, orderly, detail & result focus, flexibility
