- To Make & Modified Minda Plan Layout
- To Make And Check Master Sample For New Product
- To Improvement Implementation
- To Ensure The Effective Implementation Of Improvement Activities In Assembly & Part Production
- To Conduct Time Study In Assembly And Part Production
- To Select The Supplier For Manufacturing Fixture, Geiger, And Line Facilities
- To Finalize The Concept Of Line Facilities
- To Make The PO For Fixture, Guige And Line Facilities
- Other Specified Requirements And Functions As Defined In The Procedure Manual
- To Monitor 5S of PE Area
- To Facilities His Group For Kaizen
- To Control The Environmental Significant Aspect In The Department
- To Ensure That OCPs related to Department Processes is followed
- To Maintain the Wastages Disposal in The DepartmentAUTHORITIES :
- To Sign The Stores Request Slip
- Approve PCC As Per PQCS
- Authorized To Give Target Dates In The Meetings
- Can Propose Any Design Change in The Fixture
