TEACHING ASSISTANT
Job Description
- Pick up and look after the students in class
- Explain to students anything they don’t understand if requested by teachers
- Help teachers with registers / attendance check / record of work
- Assist in monitoring students’ work and ability to follow instructions
- Assist teachers with classroom discipline, assessing students, clarifying instructions and checking homework
- Other classroom duties and admin tasks given by teachers/staffs
Job Requirements
- Vietnamese national
- University students (from first to third-year)
- Passion and interest in Teaching & Education
- Good communication skills (in both English and Vietnamese)
- Customer-oriented, friendly, patient, proactive and highly organized
Learning Experience Officer – Nhân Viên Phòng Đào Tạo (Efl): 01 Người
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
TA Supervision tasks:
- Supervise TA on weekends to ensure TAs come to work on time
- Scheduling TAs’ schedule and checking their timesheet exactly.
- Work with Academic Coordinator and EC Supervisor to get teachers’ feedback about TAs and solve them.
- TA training: work with Academic Coordinator and EFL Supervisor to conduct TA training to make sure we deliver the best service..
Scheduling Tasks
- Synthesize the detailed schedule to make a general schedule
- Allocate teaching hours in order of priority
- Record/update all daily changes of classes/teacher’s situation and update Educational Consultants with solutions
- Prepare teacher’s monthly timesheet and other reports as required
Administration Tasks
- Giving general support to teachers and other staff in resource room:
- Stationeries and other materials are enough for teachers uses
- Manage security guards and tea-ladies
Working hours: 42 hours/week (9h – 18h, 13h30 – 21h30)

Nhân Viên Chăm Sóc Khách Hàng (Customer Service Officer)
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
- Efficient & high quality implementation of customer care at the centre.CSOs are responsible for customer care to all internal and external customers.
- ReportingAt all time CSOs should know and be able to report on all aspects of the responsible areas related to sales and customer service efficient and high quality operations.
- CommunicationCommunicate well with other CSOs and ECs and staff from other departments in the centre including teachers EFL admin staff tea ladies security guards and etc.
- Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to develop improve and add value to Apollo’s CentreOperations in line with the strategic goals of their centre(s) and the organization.
- Other duties assigned by the Centre Manager.
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN:
- Vietnamese national.
- Holder of Bachelor’s degree
- Be proactive interpersonal and detail-oriented.
- Computer literacy – MS office applications (Word Excel Outlook).
