Job Responsibilities
- Manage all administrative functions including finance, accounting, budgeting, audit, taxation, custom, human resources and purchasing etc.
- Develop strategies, review business performance and assess cost structure
- Product costing calculation and analysis to support manufacturing and production management.
- Standard cost system set up and calculation.
- Perform physical inventory to ensure the consistency of inventory account and physical goods.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and key cost driver for cost effectiveness, especially for manufacturing cost
- Provide strategic direction on internal control across the Group and implement business measures to ensure enterprise risks are identified, evaluated and mitigated in supporting the overall corporate vision and strategy
- Ensure the completion of timely and accurate financial reporting deliverable and preparation of in-depth analysis for senior management
- Ensure compliance in legal, corporate governance and regulatory requirements both locally and headquarter
- P&L forecast and site financial analysis and other management reports
- Responsible for developing organization policies
- Negotiation on contracts and agreements with stakeholders
- Regular review and updates on business unit performance within the subsidiary and report to headquarter
- Oversee the daily operations and strengthen the Group’s subsidiary
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or above in Finance and/or Accounting
- At least 8 years’ experience in manufacturing industry is a plus
- Extensive experiences in Cost Accounting with strong business acumen
- Hands-on experience in business operational functions with functional knowledge of ERP system is preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis
- Strong team management experience to work with the team to develop, mentor and upskill their abilities
- Flexible to cope with varying multi-disciplinary activities and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in English is required
- Station in Vietnam
